General Game Tips

  1. Beware random clicking! Every incorrect click will cost you 5 seconds (that´s right, 5 seconds!).
  2. When you are looking for hidden objects, occassionally you will be asked to find a word. Any time you are asked to find something and it is in quotations (i.e. "CAR"), look for the word "CAR" written on a wall or somewhere else.
  3. Don´t forget you can zoom in. This is often helpful when trying to find small objects.
  4. One very interesting place to find hidden objects is in mirrors. These mirrors often reflect objects not in the room (tricky. . .).
  5. Remember to use your hints! In Mystery in London, you can use hints to help you find an object. If you still cannot find the object after you have used a hint, use another hint! Your hint total will only be decreased by 1 until you find an object.

Category Game Tips

  1. Many times you will be asked to find a category rather than a specific item. The following is a guide to help you with this:
  • Blades: Knives, scissors, bayonet.
  • Cleaning Supplies: Broom, brushes, dustpan, plunger.
  • Childhood Items: Baby carriage, nutcracker, rocking horse, stuffed animals, games, kites, dolls, scooter.
  • Hand and Feet: Gloves, mittens, boots, shoes, skateboard, soccer ball.
  • Tools: Hammer, screwdrivers, tractor, wrench, pulley, saws, paintbrushes, wrenches, pliers, clamps.
  • In the Air: Bird, kits, airplane, blimp, clouds, balloons.
  • In or Among Trees: Leaves, flowers, frog, grapes, panther, birds.
  • Wheels: Car, truck, bikes, carriage, trolley, tricycle.
  • Wings: Fly, duck, bat, turkey, bird, cherub.

    Location = On the wall behind main counter.
